Coromandel International Ltd has informed BSE that the separate Meetings of the Equity Shareholders and the Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on June 16, 2014 pursuant to the Order of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad dated April 28, 2014, convened for seeking their approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sabero Organics Gujarat Limited with Coromandel International Limited (Scheme), the shareholders have approved the Scheme, by a requisite majority, and the Unsecured Creditors have approved the Scheme unanimously.
