Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of stipulations contained in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the company pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 as amended, on the eve of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on July 15, 2014, inter alia to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2014, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the Directors and designated employees of the company from July 01, 2014 till July 16, 2014, both days inclusive.
