Fusion Fittings (I) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the special resolution passed on September 02, 2014 by the shareholder by way of postal ballot the Company has sold 34,000 equity shares of M/s. HIQ Power Associates Private Limited (“HIQ”) and accordingly HIQ ceases to be the subsidiary of the Company.
