CARE upgrades bank facility ratings of Dewan Housing

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd said that Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. (CARE), the rating agency has up-graded the ratings assigned to the long term bank facilities. “The Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. (CARE) vide its letter dated June 26, 2014, have up-graded the ratings assigned to the long term bank facilities and other instruments/ securities of the Company,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, shares of Dewan Housing were trading at Rs 358 apiece, up 6.61 per cent from the previous close at 15:20 hours on BSE.
