CORE Education & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 10, 2014, inter alia, has discussed the revival strategy of the Company and took note of the following:-
1. Appointment of a leading real estate consultant for developing or disposing off non-core assets and real estate properties of the Company, currently having a value of approximately Rs. 400 Crores.
2. Bringing in additional investment and / or divesting its Investments in overseas subsidiaries.
3. Sourcing of appropriate Joint Venture Equity Partners for the India business, in the backdrop of the positive business environment prevailing currently.
Company shall further provide frequent updates on the above developments
