Cummins India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Trivikram Guda, General Manager - Legal & Company Secretary, has resigned from the services of the Company.
The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on June 20, 2014. Consequent to his resignation as a Company Secretary, Mr. Guda also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
