OnMobile appoints Francois-Charles Sirois as Additional

OnMobile Global, a pioneer in white-labelled, Value Added Products and Services (VAS) for mobile, on Friday announced the company has appointed Francois Charles Sirois as an additional director on the Board of the Company with effective from June 26, 2014. “The board of directors in its meeting held on June 26, 2014 has appointed Francois Charles Sirois as an additional director on the Board of the Company with effective from June 26, 2014,” OnMobile Global said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange. The company has also appointment Rajiv Pancholy as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. June 26, 2014. Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Chandramouli Janakiraman from the Board w.e.f. June 26, 2014. Taking cues from board meeting outcomes, shares of company were trading at Rs 35.80 apeice, up 7.51 per cent, from previous close on BSE at 10:30 hours.
