State Bank of Travancore appoints B. Ramesh Babu as Chief General

Public sector lender State Bank of Travancore on Tuesday announced the bank has appointed B. Ramesh Babu, Chief General Manager (A&S), State Bank of India as one of the Directors of the Bank with effect from the May 05, 2014.
“B. Ramesh Babu, Chief General Manager (A&S), State Bank of India will replace Rajeev N Mehra who resigned from the directorship of the Bank on his superannuation,” State Bank of Travancore said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
Besides, S. Vishvanathan, Managing Director & Group Executive (A&S), State Bank of India has also resigned from the Directorship of the Bank on his superannuation.
Meanwhile, shares of lender were trading at Rs 611.00 a piece, up 0.02 per cent from previous closing on BSE at 10:15 hours
