With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 24, 2014, regarding convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on July 23, 2014, TCI Developers Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Meeting shall be held at 10.00. a.m. as against 10.30 a.m. as reported earlier.
All the other details shall remain the same.
