Trivikram Guda quits Cummins India

Cummins India, a manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines, on Thursday announced Trivikram Guda, General Manager - Legal & Company Secretary, has resigned from the services of the company. “The company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on June 20, 2014,” Cummins India said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange. Consequent to his resignation as a Company Secretary, Guda also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the company, it added. Meanwhile, shares of company were trading at Rs 644.75 apiece, down 0.03 per cent, from previous close on BSE at 10:30 hours.
