Vaibhav Global repays WCTL worth Rs 11.75 cr to PNB

Gemstones, diamond, jewelry and watches manufacturer Vaibhav Global Ltd on Thursday said it has repaid its outstanding Working Capital Term Loan (WCTL) of Rs 11,74,96,429 to Punjab National Bank. Further, the company has also repaid the interest charged on working capital term loan of Rs 46,677. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed, “It has repaid the entire amount of outstanding Working Capital Term Loan (WCTL) of Rs 11,74,96,429 along with the interest of Rs 46,677 to Punjab National Bank.” Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading at Rs 765 a piece, down 0.16 per cent from previous close on BSE at 14:24 hours.
