Oriental Bank of Commerce today said that it has appointed S Ganesh Kumar, as RBI Nominee Director on the Board of the Bank. “The Central Government vide notification dated June 10, 2014 has appointed Shri S Ganesh Kumar, as RBI Nominee Director on the Board of the Bank, from the date of notification and until further orders,” the company said in the filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading at Rs 350 a piece, down 1.41 per cent on BSE at 13:27 hours
