Religare Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Companys application, Reserve Bank of India has issued to the Company Certificate of Registration permitting the Company to carry on the business as a Core Investment Company-Non-Deposit Taking-Systemically Important (CIC-ND-SI) under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
