AstraZeneca dips nearly 3% on bourses

Shares of AstraZeneca fell nearly 3 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on reports that the capital market regulator directed stock exchanges to monitor the delisting process of the drug maker. The shares of company fell as much as 2.48 per cent to trade at Rs 1123.65 a piece on the BSE. However, shares of the company fell 2.54 per cent to Rs 1125 a piece on National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 25,209.09, down 7.29 points or 0.03 per cent at 10.59 hours.
