Axis Bank allots shares under ESOP scheme

Private-sector lender, Axis Bank Ltd said that it has allotted 66720 equity shares of Rs 10 each under its ESOP Scheme. “The Bank has allotted 66720 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 23, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme” the Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,13,03,284 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,13,70,004 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
