C Mahendra Exports allots 567780 equity shares

C Mahendra Exports Ltd said that it has allotted 5,67,780 equity share dated January 05, 2013, on preferential basis.
“Pursuant to shareholders approval dated January 05, 2013, the total no. of 5,67,780 Equity Share has allotted on preferential basis,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Consequent to aforesaid allotment, Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 60,56,77,800 from Rs. 60,00,00,000.
