SKS Microfinance allots 18,568 equity shares

SKS Microfinance Ltd said that it has allotted 18,568 equity shares of Rs 10 each under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. “The Company, on June 17, 2014, has allotted 18,568 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects
