Capital First allots 93,750 equity shares

Capital First Ltd said that it has allotted 93,750 equity shares of Rs 10 upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the CFL — Employee Stock Option Schemes — 2008, 2011 and 2012 respectively. “The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed at its meeting held on June 10, 2014, has allotted 93,750 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the CFL — Employee Stock Option Schemes — 2008, 2011 and 2012 respectively,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 8,27,21,469 to 8,28,15,219 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
