Carborundum Universal allots shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

Carborundum Universal Ltd said that it has allotted 40,356 shares of Re 1 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007 on June 24, 2014. “The Company has allotted 40,356 shares of Re. 1/- each arising out of the exercise of stock options, granted to the option grantees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007 on June 24, 2014,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 187,852,724 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 187,852,724/-.
