High Energy Batteries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2014 to July 19, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the cu-off date for e-voting is June 17, 2014.
