With reference to Increase in Price, PCS Technology Ltd has Clarified to BSE that "there is no major event/ development made in the Company in last 15 days except as disclosed in our earlier aforesaid letter, which would be having any major impact on scrip price of the Company.
We understand that the increase in the scrip price would be market driven."
