Indiabulls Real Estate gains on expansion plans in London

Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate rose nearly 1 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after media reports that the realty major has paid £155 million (Rs 1,550 crore) for a commercial property in London's Mayfair, marking the third significant realty investment in London by an Indian realtor since November 2013. The shares of company rose as much as 0.27 per cent to trade at Rs 91.95 a piece on the BSE. However, shares of the company rose 0.33 per cent to Rs 91.85 a piece on National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 25,209.09, down 7.29 points or 0.03 per cent at 10.59 hours.
