L&T Finance Holdings dips over 3% as share sale begins

Shares of L&T Finance Holdings fell over 3 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the promoter Larsen & Toubro (L&T) share sale programme for diluting 0.95 per cent of its stake commenced today at bourses. The shares of company fell as much as 3.36 per cent to trade at Rs 79.20 a piece on the BSE. However, shares of the company fell 3.30 per cent to Rs 79.20 a piece on National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 25,656.22, up 72.53 points or 0.28 per cent at 10.42 hours
