Lupin allots 62926 shares under Stock option plan

Pharma major, Lupin Ltd said that it has allotted 62926 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each under Stock option plans of the Company. “The Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on June 25, 2014 has allotted 62926 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each under Stock option plans of the Company,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Consequent to the allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 89,70,66,450 consisting 44,85,33,225 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
