Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2014, inter alia, have recommended, subject to approval of shareholders a dividend of 10% (Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each), aggregating to Rs. 21.01 crore, including dividend on preference shares and dividend distribution tax.
