RBI cancels registration certificate of HCG Investment & Impex

The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the certificate of registration of HCG Investment & Impex Ltd. for carrying on the business of non-banking financial institution. “Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the certificate of registration of HCG Investment & Impex Ltd, a non-banking financial company,” RBI said in a press release. Following cancellation of registration certificate, the company cannot transact the business of non-banking financial institution, added the press release.
