CG Vak Software & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 09, 2014, inter alia,to consider Draft resolutions to be passed by Postal Ballot and Forfeiture of Partly paid up Equity Shares.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, shall remain closed from July 07, till July 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
