Kar Mobiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2014 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from July 01, 2014 to July 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Groups Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992.
