Rane Brake Lining Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on July 22, 2014 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from July 01, 2014 to July 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Groups Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992.
