Firstsource allots 439,062 equity shares

Firstsource Solutions Ltd said that it has allotted 439,062 equity shares of Rs 10 each under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. “The Company has allotted 439,062 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,614,214,380 consisting of 661,421,438 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
