Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into definitive agreements with respect to transfer of its 100% shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiary company, viz HDIL Entertainment Private Limited to Carnival Films Private Limited.
As per the agreement the Company will divest its 100% shareholding in the subsidiary Company thereby handing over the operations of its chain of multiplex business across India.
