L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).
As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2014 to July 24, 2014.
