Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 30, 2014,
inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and the Audited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).
Further, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Bank from October 22, 2014 till November 01, 2014 and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till November 01, 2014.
