IL&FS Transportation starts commercial operations of Road

IL&FS Transportation Networks today said that the four laning of Warora Chandrapur Ballarpur Bamni Road Project in the State of Maharashtra which was awarded to the consortium of Vishwaraj Infrastructure Limited, Diva Media o and the Company has commenced Commercial Operations from December 26, 2014.
“The Project is on toll basis with a concession period of 30 years (including 3 years of construction period). The Company has equity stake of 35 per cent in the Project,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, shares of the company closed at Rs 185.85 a piece, up 11.70 per cent on BSE.
