RS Software (India) - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

R.S. Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015, inter alia, has approved the followings:
- Payment of 3rd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15 @ 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share for 12839159 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, which is equivalent to Rs. 0.75 per share for 25678318 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each after Stock Split.
