Media and entertainment company Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd said on Wednesday that its subsidiary PNC Productions Ltd has changed its name to PNC Digital Ltd. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed, “PNC Digital will focus immediately on emerging digital opportunities in the media and entertainment space as well as explore the possibility of creating and acquiring digital products either by cash or equity, or a combination of both, that can exploit new markets that are opening up for filmed and television content exploitation, the primary business of the company.” Meanwhile, shares of the company closed at Rs 16.07 a piece, up 4.96 per cent from previous close on BSE.
