Mastek enters into JV with Law Society to deliver

Mastek, a global IT solutions company, on Friday announced that its UK arm has entered into a joint venture with UK Law Society to deliver conveyancing portal, an online portal that will help solicitors and licensed conveyancers save money and will spread up the house buying process for consumers.
“The Law Society has announced a joint venture with Mastek UK to deliver conveyancing portal, an online portal that will help solicitors and licensed conveyancers save money and will spread up the house buying process for consumers,” Mastek said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
Mastek is a multination information technology services company with a presence in US, UK, Canada, India and Asia Pacific.
Buoyed by development, shares of company jumped 3.32 per cent to trade at Rs 199.40 apiece from previous close on the BSE at 11: 50 hours.
