Allahabad Bank renew existing agreement with MCS

Leading public sector undertaking Allahabad Bank said on Wednesday that the bank has renewed the services of its existing registrar and share transfer agent, MCS Ltd, for a further period of one year w.e. from May 01, 2014. Further, the RTA’s registered office is located at Kashiram Jamnadas Bldg. 5, D'Mello Road, Ghadiyal Godi, Mumbai. The Branch (Dealing office) is situated at 77/2A, Hazra Road, Kolkata. “The Bank has renewed the existing agreement with MCS Limited for rendering services as bank’s registrar and share transfer agent (RTA) for a further period of one year, effective from May 01, 2014.,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, shares of the bank were traded at Rs 133.20, down 4.28 per cent from previous close on BSE.
