DCW to issue 7.1 mn shares to promoter group

DCW Ltd engaged in petrochemicals business said that the board of directors has decided to issue up to 7.10 million equity shares on preferential basis of Rs 2 each to the promoter group. “The Board of Directors have declared to issue upto 71,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis of Rs. 2 each of the Company in one or more tranches, at the price to be fixed as per the Guidelines for preferential issues under SEBI to the promoter group,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The share issue price will be fixed as per the Guidelines for preferential issues under SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2009). The board also decided to hold the annual general meeting of the company on August 13, 2014.
