IL&FS Transportation Networks receives Provisional Completion Certificate
for improvement works on Patratu Dam

Leading infrastructure development company IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd said on Wednesday that an independent consultant on June 17, 2014 has issued a provisional certificate of completion for the improvement works on Patratu Dam Ramgarh Road implemented by Jharkhand Road Project Implementation Company Limited. Further, the project is completed two months before its scheduled date of completion and the road is 27.118 km long, the company said in a statement. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed, “The independent consultant has on June 17, 2014 issued a Provisional Completion Certificate effective April 30, 2014 for the improvement works on Patratu Dam Ramgarh Road implemented by Jharkhand Road Project Implementation Company Limited, a subsidiary of the company under the Jharkhand Accelerated Road Development Programme of the Government of Jharkhand.” In addition, the government of Jharkhand will pay a semi-annual annuity of Rs 31.05 crore for a period of 15 years, it said. Meanwhile, shares of the company closed at Rs 204.35 a piece, down 3.40 per cent from previous close on BSE.
