Balrampur Chini Mills allots shares under ESOS scheme

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd said that it has allotted 75,450 equity shares to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme. “The Company has allotted 75,450 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share on June 21, 2014 to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
